Stir-Fry Cutting Board

Student Work   fall 2004
To help teach my brother how to stir-fry, I designed a cutting board with emphasis on instruction (screenprinted along the edge), chopping size (screenprinted guidelines), and ingredient order (inset bowls along the top). My brother now counts chicken stir-fried with eggplant among his meal repertory of scrambled eggs, sandwiches, and pasta.     o         o
